Bio
Angel came to Port Jupiter from San Diego as a part of her hunt for the Boss of the San Diego Outcasts, Damien Voss. Little is known about her reasons for doing so—much less anything else about her—but she is a driven and effective leader, albeit sometimes more concerned about her mission than she is about her team.
A cold, intelligent woman, Angel plays her cards close to her chest and seems almost arrogant about her own problem-solving abilities. She’s not without a sense of humor, though it’s dry to the point of being imperceptible. Despite how difficult she is to get to know, she’s a very awe-inspiring and almost intimidating person, due to a combination of her stature, her self-control, her strength as a superhuman, and the sense that she always knows more than she’s willing to let on.

Bio
Jo was very recently kicked out of the Port Jupiter Outcasts, something that she’s not quite ready to forgive. As a Lowtown native and longtime gang member, Jo has lived a difficult life laden with prejudice, which has given her a rather negative outlook on life. This attitude makes it difficult for her to get along with more idealistic people who have hope for the future, as she’s long since stopped hoping.
Jo is a very aggressive person, due in part to her instincts as a Fighter and the violent lifestyle she lead as a Soldier in the Outcasts. She’s very quick to frustrate, and tends to respond to people with heavy sarcasm, which is admittedly better than a punch. She’s very confident in her abilities and respects people who can look at her without fear, though sometimes comes across as a bit of a blowhard who is compensating for some weakness.

Bio – Syren came to America to start a new life for reasons she doesn’t appear keen on sharing. Originally from England, she’s friendly, bright, sweet and almost hopelessly naive. Syren is a sensitive creature, often overemotional and a tad melodramatic. Fiercely loyal, she has a tendency to throw her all into her relationships which can work as a double-edged sword at times.
Despite having had some training with her powers back home, Syren has never been in any sort of superhuman team, or combat situation. She is only too aware that this shows. Despite her encouraging others to be open, Syren is a unwilling to reveal any of her own secrets, often deflecting onto everyone else.

Bio
Izzy was ready to get the hell out of Texas once she became a legal adult, and she headed straight for Port Jupiter when she could. She always dreamed of becoming a superhero and figured that this city was the best place to start. She’s only self-trained, so her experience is incredibly minimal, but she’s eager to grow.
Her energy may be hard to handle at times, but Izzy is sweet girl with only good intentions. She’s closely attached to her best friend Dwayne, who traveled with her from the orphanage they grew up in. Izzy easily opens up to others, but no one will be able to understand her as much as Dwayne does.

Bio
Much calmer than his best friend Izzy, Dwayne was a lot more content with living in Texas but agreed to travel out to Port Jupiter and start a new life. He claims its because someone has got to keep an eye on her, and that it has nothing to do with the fact he’s had a huge crush on her for years.
By nature Dwayne is laid-back and fits easily into the flow of the team. Like Izzy, he’s self-trained, but he’s strong and fights well for his limited experience. While he doesn’t get angered incredibly easily, he does have a hot temper, and will rip you to shreds if you get on his bad side.

Bio
Keira grew up in Port Jupiter, the daughter of one of the city’s most celebrated mayors, Teresa Miramontes. When Keira was ten, her parents were killed by the Outcasts, and she went to live with her remaining family. She left them when she was eighteen, and eventually began to work for Jiang Shi, though the how and why of her employment is unknown.
A quiet person, Keira is good at remaining under the radar, as it were. People tend not to notice her unless she wants them to, and she is quite often overlooked as a result. She utilized this particular trait to gain the trust of the Jupiter Palladium, though perhaps it worked a little too well.

Bio
Matt is an Intelligence Broker operating in Port Jupiter, unaffiliated with any particular group. His willingness to work wherever there’s pay gives him something of a mercenary status, and while people see him as untrustworthy, they still grudgingly hire him as he’s rather good at what he does. He’s been watching the Jupiter Palladium for reasons unknown, and has recently started tagging along with them.
Matt enjoys pointing out people’s hypocrisies with biting sarcasm, speaking his mind without fear of consequence. While people find this rather irritating, his observations are very astute and often force them to reevaluate. Despite his negative reputation, Matt has a great deal of professional honor and won’t betray former clients by divulging any information he learned while under their contract. There’s a lot more to him than meets the eye, but people are unable to see past the surface—and he likes to keep it that way.

While the team doesn’t know too much about this newly arisen villain yet, it has been made clear that she has a history with Spark. Jiang Shi almost always showcases a sly grin, as if she knows the pain her enemies are in for and relishes in it. Her motives aren’t clear yet, but she showcases a great desire for power.

Bio
Damien is the founder and Boss of the San Diego Outcasts, a superhuman gang that branched off from the original Port Jupiter Outcasts. He recently came to Port Jupiter for reasons unknown, though Angel suspects that he’s tied to a recent string of disappearances in the city.
Damien is known for being both charismatic and terrifying, and despite his infamy is considered something of an enigmatic figure.
